Returns & Exchanges



Our first goal is to ensure that you, the customer, are happy with every purchase. We want you to fall in love with our hair just as we have. Because of this, we take extra precautions in ensuring our hair is of quality, that our hair is accurately described, and that your order is shipped correctly. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns. We are happy to assist you with one exchange with the following conditions:


- Hair must be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.

- Hair must be in original condition with packaging. No altering (brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, etc.) in any way is allowable. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

- All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. You will be invoiced for shipping before the hair is sent.

- Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

- Please note. Our natural hair is 100% virgin Indian human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in straight, wavy and curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases, we may have naturally lighter pieces, which are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

- Please receive prior approval before shipping.

Shipping Delays


Please place your order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE) to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please email info@lushhairboutique.com.


Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:


Your order will be shipped via USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE) to the associated with your Paypal account. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. In an effort to reduce fraud, we are unable to ship to any address not listed with your Paypal account.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE) tracking number to track your package in transit.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE) charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by bad address information.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.


Lost Shipments


If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact USPS (US Postal Service) right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS (US Postal Service)’s investigation of the situation.


Cancellation Fees


If you need to cancel an order after you have completed the check-out process, please email us immediately. A small cancellation fee, 2.5% will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.


Order Processing


Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 pm PFT. All orders received before 2:00 pm PFT are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.


Privacy


We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time will we ever provide your account contact information or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
